About Us

Julie Hall

Owner, Massage Therapist & Pilates Instructor

My journey into health & wellness began with a simple yet profound desire: to teach and empower others to move with greater ease and confidence. I always had a knack for guiding others naturally, which led me to delve into the fascinating world of posture, balance, and fitness. This path eventually led me to become a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor, seamlessly blending the art of healing touch with the science of strength and mindful movement.

I am a firm believer in the interconnectedness of mind and body, finding immense joy in helping clients not only achieve their physical goals but also rediscover a deeper sense of connection and vitality within themselves.

My goal is to use my background to give you a specialized approach to your health and fitness, so I can help you be the healthiest and strongest version of yourself!

With over 15 years of experience as a licensed massage therapist and a certified Pilates instructor since 2018, I bring a deep understanding of the body to every session. My passion lies in helping people feel strong, capable, and at ease in their own bodies.

I fell in love with Pilates because it’s more than just a workout—it's a mindful, dynamic practice that emphasizes form, control, and body awareness. Pilates is a powerful tool for building strength, improving mobility, and supporting long-term physical health. Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing chronic tension, or simply wanting to move better, my goal is to guide you toward feeling your best—inside and out.
