Rotator cuff, sciatica, tennis elbow, muscle sprains, strains, sports injuries, anxiety, depression, headaches , migraines, arthritis and rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, recovering from surgery and insomnia.

Sports Massage

This massage method helps athletes achieve maximum performance and physical conditioning by incorporating specific strokes and stretches. It is especially beneficial for athletes training for events. It's also helpful for anyone who routinely pushes their physical limits through movement.

Pilates

Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. The Pilates Reformer can accommodate all fitness levels from beginners to advanced practitioners, giving you a comprehensive workout for the entire body.

Our studio supports your workouts with instructors that combined have over 90 years of training in Pilates, Dance, and Fitness. We use STOTT Reformers and other STOTT equipment which is considered among the best professional pieces of Pilates equipment.
