Maintain a balanced diet.
Avoid alcohol and caffeine for a period of 24 hours after treatment.
Avoid sitting for a long period of time within 24 hours of treatment if you had a butt lift.
In order to have tangible results, it is recommended that you receive at least six- ten treatments to give the body time to adapt. Results obviously vary according to body type.
It is recommended to space the sessions over a minimum period of 48 hours.
